Today we crossed through a significant milestone, completing our medical examinations in Moscow. All went smooth and we were out of the medical building in a few hours. We also talked with the coordinator that we will be traveling with to Denis' region.....She has had contact with Denis during visits to his orphanage and says that he is eagerly awaiting our arrival and the start of his new life in our family.
This has been such a long, arduous journey, with many roadblocks, trials and tests along the way, but God has carried us through them all. It is hard to believe we are here in Russia. Tomorrow night we travel by train for 12 hours to Denis' region. We should meet him at that time and spend the next few days with him and visit his orphanage, God willing.
We are so grateful for Sullivan family and for their friend Slava who so graciously accommodated us by allowing us to stay at his apartment during our stay here in Moscow.
We thank God for everyone who has supported us so faithfully on this journey.
We will try and keep everyone posted.
God Bless and thank you for ongoing prayer!
